Dolce means sweet in Italian and that's the philosophy behind everything at Café Dolce.

Founded by Aggie Santangelo, a Sicilian native with a lifelong love of Italian coffee culture, Café Dolce opened in 2020 in The Hill — St. Louis's historic Italian neighborhood. The café was built around a simple idea: that great coffee, made the right way, is worth seeking out.

Café Dolce serves Illy coffee, one of Italy's most respected roasters, alongside house-made pastries and cookies crafted to complement every cup. Whether it's a morning espresso or an afternoon treat, the menu stays true to the Italian tradition of doing a few things exceptionally well.

The Hill has always been the heart of Italian St. Louis, and Café Dolce is proud to be part of that story.
